A new feature has been added to your On-Line Store. Now the Specials that we create for you (ISN customers) are passed down into your web site.

 This feature allows you to have specials on your web site at all times and they are changed on a regular basis, which will free you from the additional work of creating and entering specials.

  The Pricing mark-up for the specials is your base margin (since your cost is lower, then the your sell price will be lower) or ToolWEB Pricing which ever you selected as your default pricing.   

If you already have any of the items listed in your specials already, it will be left alone and not changed.

As with all of our features you have complete control, you may remove any or all of these specials if you wish, or you may price them differently, depending on your own wishes. 

            To Edit Your Specials:

                        Log on to www.toolweb.com

                        Click on the Account Information button along the left side of the page

                        Click on the On Line Store Maintenance button.

                        Click on Add/Edit Specials

                        From this page you can Delete or Edit the pricing of your specials.

 Another new feature is Batch Orders. Now when you view the details of you new online orders you have another option for shipment.

Add to Batch Order is your new Option

 This option allows you to save orders that you plan to ship to yourself until you have the enough to qualify for prepaid freight.

 When you select Add to Batch your order will be held in a special folder and you will see new option on your menu called View Batch Order.

 When you select View Batch Order you will see a list of batched” orders with a total dollar amount. You may edit or delete any of the orders listed or you may submit the orders to ISN. When you submit the orders we will combine them into one order that will be shipped to you, these orders WILL NOT be dropped shipped.

 Also don’t forget to check for new orders. ISN does not see orders until you submit them to us. Although you should receive an email when someone submits an order to your Web site. Email can be unreliable at times so you should check for new orders at least once a day.

            To Check for New Orders:

                        Log on to www.toolweb.com

                        Click on the Account Information button along the left side of the page

                        Click on the On Line Store Maintenance button.

                        Click on View New Orders

                        From this page you can Edit, Batch, Submit, or Delete Orders.
