I already have a
Shopping Cart on my WEB site, will I be able to add ToolWEB Products to it?
No, at this time we are unable to combine shopping carts.
We are looking into the possibility of this feature in future development.
[Return to Questions]
Will the ToolWEB
Link process Credit Cards automatically?
No, you will have to view your orders and process your
Credit Card orders with your bank in the same manner you handle them without
the WEB site.
[Return to Questions]
Who sets the price my
customers pay for the ToolWEB products?
You do! You control all pricing that is shown to your customers on
your web site. You select a base margin to begin, then you may change
margins for different Manufacturers or individual items. You may even select
the items that you wish to promote as "Specials" and set an end
date.

I don't have a WEB Page do
I need to make one to use ToolWEB Link?
No, if you don't have a WEB page now you will create one, through the
set-up process, and it will be E-Commerce ready and you will immediately
have nearly 16,000 sku's to sell as soon as you are finished.

How does ISN get my
ToolWEB Link orders?
You have to submit them. ISN DOES NOT automatically get orders
from your WEB site. You have to log on to ISN's Web Site (www.toolweb.com)
and go to the "Account Information" Button on the left column of
the page, then click on "On-Line Store Maintenance", and view
"New Orders". When you review your list of new orders, you decide
how to submit the order to ISN
[Return to Questions]
I have Customers "On Open
Account", can ToolWEB handle them?
Yes, you are able to create separate accounts for customers. When you
create a customer account you can choose to allow Open Account orders. Since
ISN does not receive the order until you submit it, you don't have to worry
about a customer exceeding his credit line with you.
[Return to Questions]
Can I charge different
prices for my "Open Account" Customers?
Yes, each account you set up can be priced differently, depending on
your wishes. You can charge them a different overall margin, have different
items individually priced for them and have different specials for each of
them, any combination you would like for that customer.
[Return to Questions]
How do I handle Returns from my
Customers?
You handle Web Site returns as you would with any of your customers;
ISN has no contact with your customer. Your returns to ISN are handled as
stated in the current
ISN
Returns policy.

How does the ToolWEB Link
Freight Policy Work? (updated 07/11/05)
You collect from your customer 10% of the order total until the the order value reaches $1000 (from your customer) then the freight is
pre-paid to YOUR customer.
You are charged freight as stated in ISN's
current freight policy.
Oversized product or product that cannot be delivered by Fed-EX or UPS will go by Freight carrier and will gain added charges beyond the normal 10% of the order total.
[Return to Questions]
How are my orders "Drop
Shipped"? (updated 02/02/05)
Orders drop shipped to your customers are shipped with an unmarked
packing slip and the UPS label only shows a bar code, so there is nothing
that the customer sees that indicates the product came from ISN.
[Return to Questions]
How does ToolWEB handle Sales Tax?
You submit your Sales Tax percentage during the setup process, and any orders that
have a ship to: address within your state will be charged sales tax.
[Return to Questions]
I see 3 price levels; List,
Special and the Distributor
Price. Which price will I be paying?
You pay the Distributor price. The List and Special price levels are
there to help you determine your own unique sales margins.
[Return to Questions]
Concerning payment... I have a
regular Credit Card,
but do you also accept Pay pal?
At this time, we do not accept Pay pal as a payment method. All orders
are to be paid with a Credit Card unless you have applied for and obtained
an open account through our company.
[Return to Questions]
If I want drop-ship with paperwork or
without, what is the difference exactly?
The paperwork is your invoice. Most do not want this information to be
sent to the customer because in many cases it contains YOUR cost of the
product, and your method of payment information. You can pull your invoicing
information on ToolWEB.com after the product has shipped.

What about the "Please []Cancel []Back
Order Shortages" Can you explain what this means?
Very simple! You chose how we should handle inventory shortages either:
Cancel Shortages: Because there is not enough products in stock to fulfill
order ? Order is cancelled
Backorder Shortages: Proceed with order fulfillment when product arrives in
stock
[Return to Questions]
How long after an order has been placed will
an item be shipped?
If the item is in stock and has been ordered by 3:30 pm Mon-Fri. ? it will
ship out same day!. This is providing the shipping warehouse has the product
in stock. If it must ship from another warehouse, this may add an extra day
to shipping.

I just placed my first order through you. The
amount was for $218.75 yet my credit card was charged $240.61. That's the
difference of $21.86. Why the difference?
Your Credit Card was not charged this larger amount, but only
"Authorized". Our Billing process authorizes an estimated cost for shipping
then once product has shipped, your card will be actually charged for the
cost of the product plus shipping which is generally 10% of the
order total.
