Site Options


Login

There are a several possible reasons for not being able to log-in; the quickest way to resolve the problem is send an email from the Contact Page. Make sure you include your ISN Account number and your current telephone number. We will resolve the problem and reply quickly.

Shopping Cart

Your shopping cart and its contents will remain active until you either delete them or submit the order. To protect your shopping cart contents, the ToolWeb.com site only allows one session per user. This means that if you login on one computer or browser, then login on another computer or browser, the first session or login will be terminated. This helps keep your cart active, so try to just use one computer or prowser for ordering.

Search Tips

There are over 100,000 SKUs in the ToolWeb.com website. When searching try to be as specific as possible.

Mobile View

Are you working on a tablet or smartphone? Use the link Mobile View to change the layout of the website to be smaller screen friendly. Many options such as Account info are shut off in Mobile View.

Kiosk Mode

Kiosk Mode allows you setup ToolWeb.com to show customer pricing. Use this feature when you are showing products directly to your customers and they can see exactly what the cost will be. To use this feature:

  1. Login to your account at ToolWeb.com
  2. Click My Account
  3. Click Kiosk Mode Settings
  4. Set Your Margins
  5. Select the default pricing you would like show upon logging into the site
  6. Logout and log back in
  7. Site will show pricing you selected

When logged in to the site you can quickly access Kiosk Mode in the black menu at the bottom of every page. You can the change the visible pricing on the site using this tool. Changing the pricing here will only change the prices until you logout, then the site will revert to the price you have set in the My Account area.

Note: You will only be able to order when you are in Original (Your Pricing) mode.

On this page you will find all active promotions. We offer product and site promotions on this page. Product promotions are available as downloadable and printable PDFs.

Create Quote Excel Upload

To those users who like to use Excel to keep track of inventory ordering, we offer the ability to upload an Excel spreadsheet and create a Printable and/or Orderable quote. To do this you can follow these simple instructions

  1. Go to the My Account page, click on Create Quote
  2. Download the Excel Template and follow the instructions:
    • In column B on the Excel Template enter EXACT ISN part number
    • In column C on the Excel Template enter a quantity for the item
    • Column A will automatically enter a line number as you add new part numbers
  3. If you enter and invalid part number, that line will be skipped when uploaded
  4. You can upload 500 lines per worksheet
    • Please Note: When moving more than 150 lines from your quote to your cart, you may get a browser unresponsive message that it is taking too long and ask you if you wish to wait or kill the page. Just wait and it will work through all the items within about 2-5 minutes.
  5. Upload your created Excel spreadsheet
  6. All products with a match will load on the page Review Your Quote
  7. At this point you can Print the Quote or Add to Cart and order

Quick Order

Do you know the SKU #? If so you can order quickly through the Quick Order option:

  1. Login to your account at ToolWeb.com
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Click the Quick Order link
  4. Type in the Part Number and Quantity need
  5. Click Add to Cart

All items will show in your cart and you can see them being added by looking at the Mini Cart in the top right corner. If you get the incorrect SKU number the system will not let you order it, feel free to search instead.

Checkout Options


Shipping Addresses

You can edit your shipping address here and you can store other addresses for quick use. To save an address for future use:

  1. Click the Change Delivery Address button
  2. From here you can edit the current address, add a new address or select and existing address
  3. To save an address, enter the information and click Use This Address

Shipping Method

During checkout you can select different delivery methods. Depending on what product you purchae, you can select from Ground, 2nd-Day, Overnight, Will-Call and LTL. If you order a product that must be delivered by truck because of weight or size, the shopping cart will notfiy you before you can checkout.

Payment Method

Depending on your account type you can select which payment type you want to use from these options, COD, Open Terms or Credit Card.

Marketing/Resources


News Stand

All of the ToolWeb.com specific catalogs are available online at ToolWeb.com.

  1. Click on the Resources tab
  2. Click on News Stand
  3. Select the option to download a PDF or view online under each catalog.

Custom Brochures

On ToolWeb.com there are date specific Custom Brochures that can be customized with your pricing and your logo. To build a Custom Brochure:

  1. Click on the Resources tab
  2. Click on Custom Brochure
  3. Click the Customize link under the Custom Brochure you want
  4. Set your Margins
  5. Set your logo and contact info
  6. Click the Build and Download PDF link to view and/or print your Custom Brochure

Flyer Builder

Building custom flyers for your customers is easy on ToolWeb.com. Use these flyers to promote selected products to your customers.

  1. Step 1 – Enter Header Content - You can upload your logo in a JPEG or PNG format then enter any information you want on the header of the final PDF Flyer
  2. Step 2 – Configure Layout Options – Pick the color style you want for your flyer as well as any additional message you want to have on the flyer
  3. Step 3 – Enter Part Numbers - Enter the SKUs you want to show on the flyer as well as any custom pricing and description. As you add SKUs to the tool it will add additional fields for more SKUs. The Flyer Builder will load up to 10 items per page, any more than that will create additional pages.

You can update your email, name and password on this page.

Address Book

If you are saving delivery addresses in your checkout, you can edit them here. You can also add frequently used shipping addresses on this page and they will be available to select from during the checkout process.

Order History

Your Order History contains details Invoices, Statement, Credits and Open Orders. If you have any questions above what is shown on this page feel free to call your Sales Rep

Flyer Builder

If you have any pending orders from your team they will be listed here with the ability for you to approve them and move them to ship.
