Removes the fuel level lock ring on BMW, Mini, Porsche, BMW and Mini Cooper Models: 1988 - 2013. BMW applications include:E31, E34,E36, E38, E39, E46, E53, E60,E63, E64, E65, E70, E83, E85, E90, R50, R52, R53, R55, R56, and R57. Porsche applications include: '05 - '12 911 Carrera, 911 GT2, 911 GT3, 911 Turbo, Boxster and Cayman.
