To Our Valued ISN Customer,
We are thrilled to announce that National Oak Distributors (NOD) and Integrated Supply Network (ISN) have merged, creating a comprehensive automotive and related supply company across the United States. This strategic partnership enhances our ability to serve you better today and supports your business growth in the future.
Expanded Product Offerings
As a valued ISN customer, you now have access to around 6,000 additional Paint, Body, and Equipment (PBE)-related products from over 80 manufacturers previously unavailable through ISN to help grow your business. These products are accessible now via your existing eCommerce account or through your standard ordering processes
Important Shipping and Freight Information
Please note that while you can order these products through your normal ISN ordering preferences, these newly available products will be shipped directly from National Oak’s warehouses. Consequently, our standard ISN freight policy does not apply to these items. The freight policy for NOD products is as follows:
- $375 minimum for all standard package delivery (PD) orders **
- A $25 flat freight fee will apply to PD orders under $375
- $1,500 minimum for all common carrier (LTL) orders
- A $125 freight fee will apply to LTL orders under $1,500
** Note: Depending on products purchased and packaging materials
required, orders may be shipped LTL as a precautionary measure at parcel
rate
Please note: This new freight policy applies ONLY to products shipped from National Oak.
Additionally, all LTL only items will be clearly marked to help you avoid unexpected freight charges.
Order and Shipping Restrictions
Please understand that several order/shipping restrictions apply to these new products:
- No will-call pickup from ISN & NOD locations
- No vendor drop-ship orders
- No shipping to customers outside the lower 48 states
- No parcel express services
- No cancelling orders after they have been submitted
- No third party billing on shipments coming from NOD
- Orders placed throughout the day will not be combined to meet prepaid rules
We expect that some of these restrictions will be removed in the future.
Separate Billing
These National Oak-sourced items will be invoiced and shipped separately from your standard ISN orders, however all invoices will still be issued from ISN.
Returns
All product returns must follow standard policy and be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) request by emailing programreturns@isnweb.com. All items purchased from ISN, including PBE products, must be returned directly to ISN.

Rest assured, all orders shipping directly from ISN will continue to follow our established freight policy.
