CLEAR PHOTOS of the item with the serial number visible so Ledlenser can confirm the item is still covered under the seven year warranty and log the claim in their system.
Description of the problem with each light.
FULL NAME AND PHYSICAL SHIPPING ADDRESS so Ledlenser knows where to send the replacement. If the item has been discontinued or is not available, Ledlenser will make sure to send something with better performance.
