This two-speed pump replaces the 4000 single-speed pump.  It works well with single-acting cylinders requiring fewer handle strokes than single speed pumps, saving time and effort.  The small foot-print, carrying handle, pumping handle grip and contoured release knob make the job more comfortable.  It develops up to 10,000 psi of operating pressure and has a built-in safety overload valve.  It switches automatically from low to high pressure mode and may be operated horizontally or vertically in the “head down” orientation.  CE compliant.
