The OTC 4278A provides unparalleled accuracy in testing hydraulic flow circuits from 2.5 to 100 gpm for industrial and agricultural machinery. With its electronic and fluid filled gages that dampen vibration and precisely manufactured components, it can measure flow accurately within 1 Percent of indicated value. Due to its inner pass system, which includes extra burst discs, overpressure conditions won't lead to hydraulic fluid spills and the components can accommodate bi-directional flow, reading flow in one direction.
