It has a waxy feel, like low density polyethylene, but is stiffer and less flexible. You can find HDPE in fender liners, windshield washer bottles, and overflow tanks in automotive applications. In non-automotive applications, HDPE is used for ATV fenders, gas tanks, kayaks, canoes, playground equipment, and more. HDPE is naturally a translucent white color. This package contains 30 ft. (9.1 m) of high density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic welding rod. Each rod is 12 inches (30 cm) long and 1/8th inch in diameter and there are 30 rods in the pack.
